Why this matters now
The real risk isn't not knowing digital marketing. It's paying someone else to do it, with no way to tell if it's working.
- 01 Agencies quoting jargon-heavy reports you can't actually evaluate.
- 02 A website that looks nice but generates zero enquiries.
- 03 Social media pages that post often, but never turn into sales.
- 04 No one in the business who even knows the right questions to ask.
This programme gives you, or your team, the full picture — from website, to traffic, to the numbers that actually matter — in plain English.
The shift we teach
Same website. Same budget. Two very different outcomes.
Most business owners brief a website or a marketing report the same vague way they'd order lunch. This programme is built around asking better questions.
The brief
What comes back
A generic template site with no clear call-to-action, no thought to search visibility, and no way to know if it's working after launch.
You've spent money, and still can't generate leads from it.
The brief
What comes back
A site built around a clear goal, structured to be found on Google, with the numbers set up from day one to prove whether it's working.
That's the shift this course makes — from hoping it works, to knowing.

Common questions
I've never done any marketing before. Will I be lost?
No — this course is designed for exactly that starting point. Everything is explained in plain English, with no assumed background. If you can use a smartphone and send an email, you're ready.
Do I need to know how to code to build a website in this course?
No coding is required. We use modern, no-code website tools, so you'll focus on structure, content and what makes a page convert visitors into enquiries — not programming.
We already have a website. Is this still useful?
Yes. Most participants already have a website that isn't performing the way they'd hoped. The course teaches you how to audit and improve what you already have, alongside the fundamentals for anyone starting fresh.
Will I finish the course with an actual live website?
You'll leave with a working draft structure and content for your own website (or a clear improvement plan for an existing one), plus the skills to finish and maintain it yourself, or brief a developer properly.
Is it really 100% HRD Corp claimable?
The programme is registered under SBL-Khas. Approval and disbursement remain subject to HRD Corp's terms and your company's available levy balance, but we supply all the documentation needed to make the application straightforward.
How many people should we send?
Two to ten works well. Business owners often attend with one or two staff who'll help manage the website or social pages day-to-day, so everyone leaves speaking the same language.
Stop guessing whether your marketing is working.
Two intakes only, seats limited to keep the labs hands-on.
