Why your team needs this now

The real risk in 2026 isn't AI replacing your people. It's your people using AI badly — quietly, and without anyone checking.

  • 01 Generic, bot-like writing that doesn't sound like your company at all.
  • 02 Invented facts and figures making their way into official documents.
  • 03 Confidential client or staff information pasted into tools nobody vetted.
  • 04 Everyone experimenting privately, so quality never improves at team level.

Don't ban AI. Standardise it. This programme gives your team a shared method for directing AI, checking its output, and knowing what should never go into it.

The shift we teach

Same tool. Same task. Two very different results.

Most people blame the AI when the output is weak. It's almost always the instruction. The whole day is built around this shift — from searching, to architecting.

The instruction

Write an email to the client about the project delay.

What comes back

A padded, over-apologetic email that never states the new date, invents a reason that isn't true, and sounds nothing like you. So you rewrite it yourself anyway.

You've used AI, and saved nothing.

Key learning outcomes

What your team will be able to do

01

Direct AI properly, using P.R.O.M.P.T.

A repeatable structure for writing instructions that get professional-grade output — instead of guessing why the response missed and trying again.

02

Automate the high-friction tasks

Spot which recurring jobs in HR, operations and management are worth delegating to AI — and which ones should never be.

03

Turn chaos into something usable

Long threads, messy transcripts, scattered notes and lengthy reports condensed into summaries, SOPs, tables and executive briefs.

04

Check output with T.R.U.S.T.

A five-point verification rubric for catching invented facts, bot-like tone and privacy slips before anything reaches a client or your boss.

05

Use AI without exposing the business

Practical data-safety habits, including how to work with sensitive material and how to tell enterprise-safe tools from public-risk ones.

And a standard, not five private habits

Everyone leaves using the same structure and the same checks — which is the real reason to send a team rather than one person.

The programme

Roughly 30% concepts, 70% hands-on

Participants work on realistic workplace scenarios throughout, then apply the same methods to tasks from their own role.

Module 1 · The AI-Augmented Professional

The shift from searching to architecting. Auditing current habits against a professional standard, plus data safety fundamentals — using AI without leaking company information.

Morning coffee break

Module 2 · Advanced Architect Prompting

Moving beyond simple commands. Chain-of-thought and context-injection techniques that eliminate generic, bot-like responses and get usable output far earlier.

Networking lunch

Module 3 · The Real-World Application Lab

The core hands-on session. Participants choose a track — HR, Operations or Management — and work through department-specific scenarios using structured workflows, then share results with the room.

Afternoon tea break

Module 4 · Quality Control & Your Roadmap

The T.R.U.S.T. verification rubric for catching AI errors before they reach anyone else — then building a personal 30-day plan to put it all into practice from Monday.

Wrap-up & certification

Final questions, HRD Corp claim assistance, and certificates. Programme ends at 5:00pm.

Timings and exercises are indicative. The trainer adapts the labs to the roles, tools and pace of the group on the day.

Module 3 · Choose your track

Your team works on your team's problems

Rather than one generic exercise for everyone, participants split into the clinic that matches their role — which is why sending a mixed team works particularly well.

Track A

HR & People

Turning a rough hiring request into a proper job description, structured interview questions, and a red-flag guide for the interviewer.

Track B

Operations & Admin

Converting a messy verbal process into a clean, numbered SOP — then finding the bottleneck and building a troubleshooting table.

Track C

Management & Leadership

Compressing a rambling status update into an executive summary, running a risk assessment, and drafting the difficult follow-up email.

Common questions

Is this a technical or coding course?

No. It's a workplace performance programme. We don't teach how to build AI — we teach how to direct it. If your staff can send an email or use a search engine, they have the technical skills required.

Our company has strict data privacy rules. Is this safe?

That's precisely why the course exists. Most employees already use AI in an unstructured, risky way. A core part of the day covers what should never be entered into a public tool, how to work with sensitive material safely, and how to tell enterprise-safe tools from public-risk ones.

Why pay for this when there are free tutorials online?

Free tutorials give you a tour of the tools. This gives your team a shared work system — the same structure, the same quality checks, and a prompt library written for Malaysian corporate settings. And it's claimable, so the cost typically comes from your levy rather than your budget.

Do participants need a paid ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude subscription?

No. The techniques work on free and paid versions alike, because what we teach is the method rather than the buttons in one particular product. Bring a laptop with access to at least one of the major AI tools.

Won't AI make our employees lazy?

The opposite is what we're aiming for. AI handles the drafting, formatting and sorting; your people spend their time on judgment, quality control and the decisions that actually need a human. The goal isn't less work — it's better work, produced faster.

Is it really 100% HRD Corp claimable?

The programme is registered under SBL-Khas. Approval and disbursement remain subject to HRD Corp's terms and your company's available levy balance, but we supply all the documentation needed to make the application straightforward.

How many people should we send?

Two to ten works best. One person alone will improve their own work; a small group leaves with a shared standard that actually survives contact with a normal working week. Rates drop at two and again at five.

AI won't replace your team. A team using AI well might.
